The shop

A contract shop, on purpose.

Plenty of decorating businesses sell to whoever walks in. A contract shop is built the other way round: capacity, artwork and finishing organized so that other decorators, distributors and uniform suppliers can hand over production and put their own name on the box. Running print and thread together means one order, one approval and one carton instead of two vendors and a hope they match.

That shapes everything else. Blind-label shipping is a standing arrangement rather than a special request. Customer-supplied goods are the norm, not the exception. A sew-out swatch goes out before a production run because the person approving it is staking their own customer relationship on it.

Print and thread, one address

DTG and DTF printing, digitizing, embroidery, monogramming and cut-and-sew all happen at one address. Nothing is brokered out to a shop you have not vetted, which means a problem found on a Tuesday proof is a Tuesday conversation rather than a two weeks of email.

• DTG printing

  Detailed designs printed directly onto suitable cotton and cotton-rich garments. We review artwork, fabric and color together before production.

• DTF printing

  Full-color transfer printing with no screens, no color limit and no minimum. Gang sheets nest many designs onto one film so a mixed order gets materially cheaper.

• Embroidery

  Multi-head production on garments, bags and caps, on your goods or ours. Where perceived value matters, thread still wins — and it runs alongside print on the same order.

• Digitizing

  Artwork turned into stitches in this building, or prepped and proofed for press. Files are made for the fabric and size they will actually run at.

• Monogramming

  Per-piece personalization, from dress shirt cuffs through wedding towels. Different discipline, different scheduling, same floor.

• Appliqué

  Cut-and-sew: appliqué, patches, flags, banners and drapery. Where a job needs fabric assembled rather than only decorated.
