Ordering custom shirts, bags or hats goes wrong in the same few places every time: the wrong blank, a size split that leaves a box of XS, artwork that will not hold at the size it is printed. Our concierge service exists to take those decisions off your desk.

• You describe it, we source it

  Tell us the look, the budget and the deadline. We come back with two or three garments that actually fit all three, rather than a catalog link and good luck.

• Samples before you commit

  Undecided between a heavyweight and a tri-blend? We get the blanks in your hands first. Nobody should buy 200 shirts from a photograph.

• One contact, start to finish

  The same person handles the quote, the artwork, the proof and the delivery date. No ticket numbers, no being passed around.

• Sizes, names and splits handled

  Per-piece names and numbers, roster splits, individual bagging and labelling. Send us the spreadsheet and we take it from there.
